User data deletion instructions.

How to request deletion

1. Email [email protected] with the subject Data Deletion Request.
2. Include the account email, company/workspace name, and connected Facebook Page name or Page ID if applicable.
3. State whether you want to delete only the Facebook/Meta channel connection data or the full OneAgentCo/Postiz account data.

What we delete

For a verified request, we delete or anonymize personal account data, social-channel connection metadata, access tokens, Page identifiers, scheduled-post metadata, support records where legally possible, and related operational records that are no longer required.

Facebook / Meta app data

If you connected a Facebook Page, you can also remove app access from your Meta/Facebook settings. After receiving a verified request, we will remove the stored integration data needed by Postiz to access or publish to that Page.

Timeline

We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 7 business days and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or dispute-resolution reasons.

Confirmation

After completion, we will send a confirmation email to the requesting account email or another verified contact.
