Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy for OneAgentCo and Postiz social publishing.

Last updated: May 5, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how OneAgentCo ("OneAgentCo", "we", "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our website, Image Studio, AI agent services, and our self-hosted Postiz social publishing workspace at postiz.oneagentco.com.

1. Information we collect

We may collect account information such as name, email address, company name, login/session records, workspace configuration, uploaded creative references, prompts, generated assets, social-channel connection metadata, and support communications.

When you connect a Facebook Page or other Meta channel through Postiz, we may receive information permitted by Meta and by the permissions you approve, such as Page identifiers, Page names, access tokens, publishing permissions, post metadata, and status/analytics required to schedule or manage posts.

2. How we use information

3. Facebook / Meta channel data

Meta data is used only to provide the social publishing features requested by the authorized user, including adding a Facebook Page, preparing or scheduling posts, checking posting status, and disconnecting the channel. We do not sell Meta user data.

Access tokens and channel identifiers are used only for authorized integration operations and are protected with operational access controls. You can revoke access from Meta settings or request deletion using the data deletion page below.

4. Sharing and processors

We may use infrastructure, hosting, analytics, AI model, storage, and communication providers as processors necessary to operate the service. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law, security investigation, or to protect our rights and users.

5. Retention and deletion

We retain information only as long as needed for service operation, security, accounting, legal compliance, or legitimate business purposes. Social-channel tokens and related data are removed or disabled when an integration is disconnected or when a verified deletion request is processed.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, export, restriction, objection, or deletion of your personal information. You may also disconnect social channels directly from the service or from the relevant platform account settings.

7. Contact

For privacy questions or requests, email [email protected]. Include your account email, company name, and a short description of the request.
