Terms of Service for OneAgentCo and Postiz social publishing.

1. Service

OneAgentCo provides AI-assisted creative operations, content workflows, image generation, automation, and social publishing tooling. Some features may depend on third-party platforms, including Meta/Facebook, infrastructure providers, and AI model providers.

2. Account responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, API keys, connected social channels, and account activity. You must provide accurate information and promptly revoke access if you believe credentials were compromised.

3. Social publishing and platform rules

When connecting Facebook Pages or other channels, you confirm that you are authorized to manage and publish to those channels. You are responsible for ensuring that content, campaigns, and publishing activity comply with applicable laws, platform terms, advertising rules, intellectual-property rights, and privacy requirements.

4. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, deceptive, infringing, harmful, or abusive use.
• No attempts to bypass rate limits, security controls, or platform restrictions.
• No upload or publication of content you do not have rights to use.
• No use that violates Meta/Facebook, social-network, or third-party service policies.

5. AI-generated content

AI outputs may contain errors or artifacts. You are responsible for reviewing, approving, and ensuring the legality and suitability of content before publishing or commercial use.

6. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of the service for maintenance, security, provider changes, or operational reasons. Third-party outages may affect service availability.

7. Disclaimer and limitation

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. OneAgentCo is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for platform enforcement decisions outside our control.
