Our Story

OneAgentCo was founded with a single, clear-eyed observation: the gap between what AI can do and what most businesses are actually getting from AI is enormous — and it's growing wider every month.

We watched large enterprises spin up internal AI teams, hire machine learning engineers, and deploy sophisticated automation stacks. Meanwhile, small and mid-sized businesses were stuck reading blog posts about "the future of AI" while their competitors quietly automated entire departments. The technology existed. The knowledge to deploy it effectively did not — at least not in a form that was accessible, affordable, or practical for most companies.

That gap frustrated us. We had deep experience building AI systems, deploying automation pipelines, and integrating large language models into real business workflows. We knew the tooling, the pitfalls, the shortcuts, and the hard-won lessons that only come from actually shipping AI into production. So we decided to stop watching and start building.

OneAgentCo started as a small consultancy with a bold premise: what if we treated AI agents as employees? Not as tools to be purchased and forgotten, not as research projects to be studied, but as workers — hired, trained, deployed, and actively managed on behalf of our clients. Workers who don't take sick days. Who don't need benefits. Who get better over time. Who can handle an entire department's worth of repetitive, rule-based, or data-heavy work without breaking a sweat.

That premise turned out to be exactly right. Our first clients — a regional e-commerce brand and a boutique law firm — saw measurable results within the first two months. Response times dropped. Lead conversion improved. Operational costs fell. More importantly, their human teams were freed from the mundane and got to focus on work that actually required human judgment and creativity.

Word spread. We grew. But we stayed intentional about it. We don't take every client. We don't deploy every possible AI tool. We focus on what works, what's sustainable, and what genuinely moves the needle for the businesses we serve.

Our Mission

Our mission is simple: make AI employees accessible to every business.

For too long, the benefits of AI have been concentrated in the hands of companies that can afford to hire data scientists and AI engineers. We solve that. We take on the full complexity of AI deployment so that our clients don't have to. We scope the use case, select the right tools, build and test the agent, deploy it into the client's environment, and then manage and improve it over time. Our clients get the results — a tireless, capable worker — without needing to understand the mechanics behind it.

Builder is our AI engineering specialist — responsible for agent architecture, integration development, and technical implementation. When a new client engagement begins, Builder drafts the technical spec, selects the appropriate tools and models, and assembles the initial agent pipeline. Builder also handles routine maintenance, debugging, and performance optimization across deployed agents.

Scout manages our content pipeline, SEO strategy, and inbound lead research. From drafting blog posts to analyzing competitor positioning to identifying potential client fits — Scout keeps our marketing engine running efficiently. Behind Felix, Builder, and Scout is a small team of human principals who provide strategic direction, client relationship management, and quality oversight. Our AI agents handle the execution; our humans handle the judgment calls that require context, empathy, and experience.
